All about booking deposits…
Life is too short for bad vibes or missed appointments 😜… your missed appointment is someone else’s lost opportunity.
You’d like to get tattooed? Then keep your appointment 😊
Last minute cancellations, no-shows and rescheduling sometimes will happen, that is life. We understand. However, if it does happen…these are the policies that have been put in place in order to keep business and bookings running smoothly.
These policies exist in an attempt to get clients in with less wait time. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
1. Deposits are required in order to book a tattoo appointment. The amount of the deposit will be determined by your artist.
2.Deposits are non-refundable and acts as a hold for the artist and their time discussing and planning your tattoo.
3. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give one FULL WEEKS notice prior to your appointment time and rebook within 40 days (dependant upon artist discretion for booking times) Failing to do so or rescheduling more than once ,cancelling or
no-showing your appointment entirely will result in the loss of your deposit.
4.The deposit will be credited towards the final session of your tattoo provided all policies are adhered to.
5.Deposits are non-transferable to another person or another tattoo design.
6.If using a gift certificate for your deposit, it will be redeemed as such and the same policies will apply.
7. If your appointment has to be rescheduled/cancelled due to being excessively late (typically 15 minutes or longer) or showing up under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will have forfeited your deposit.
9.If you become ill last minute and are unable to give the required notice that you will not be able to make your appointment, exceptions to the deposit policies may only be made at the artist's discretion; provided a doctor's note is given and/or an attempt to notify the artist in a timely manner was exhibited
10. If you have previously forefitted your deposit and would like to make another appointment, a larger deposit may be required or you may be asked to pay the full amount in advance for the artist's time you book on your new appointment date.
